UK RETURNS POLICY
We do things a little different here, so please read our return policy in full...
+ Regular priced items, excluding hygienic items, are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. **Do not try socks on if you will be returning them as we will not be able to approve the return if the shape of the socks have been affected**
+ Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
+ Hygienic items are final sale (underwear, hosiery, oral care, intimate toys).
Items must be returned to us unused with the original packaging intact. Please understand that we will not be able to accept a return if the item has been used, damaged, or is in unsaleable condition.

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate your return – our team will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
Step 2: Post your return parcel within 7 days of receiving a return shipping label – if you need a little more time please let our team know.
Extended Return Policy - Exchange or Store Credit Only
Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate your return – our team will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
Step 2: Post your return parcel within 5 days of receiving a return shipping label – if you need a little more time please let our team know.
Refund Processing
Please allow us 2-3 business days after we have received your return parcel to process the return.

** Required: please make sure to either add a note to your order or reply to your order confirmation email within 48 hours of placing your order to let our team know if your order is a gift **
Extended Exchange/Store Credit Dates
We are able to offer a bit more time for exchanges and returns than we are able to offer for refunds. For gifts purchased on or after the 17th of November 2025, please contact us by the 10th of January 2026 to arrange a return for exchange or store credit.
Extended Refund Dates
For gifts purchased on or after the 1st of December 2025, please contact us by the 30th of December 2025 to arrange a return for refund.

We are unable to refund postage charges on orders that are refused due to customs charges and are returned to us. If the item(s) are in sellable condition when they arrive back to us, we will refund the value of your order less any and all shipping and customs fees incurred by us.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY
As we are an indie small business we are not able to offer as much as we wish we could for international returns.
You are welcome to return your purchase to us, however, we will only be able to issue a refund for your item(s) less any shipping and customs costs incurred by us. You can ship your return back to us at your own cost or contact us for a pre-paid shipping label.
If you would like to proceed with a return please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please understand that we will not be able to issue a refund for items that are returned to us used, damaged, or in unsaleable condition.
Please allow us 2-3 business days after receiving your order to inspect the item(s). Exchanges and credits will be applied immediately whereas refunds can take 7-14 days to be processed.
