Please note that our orders do ship from the UK which means that local import taxes and duties may be required for your order upon arrival in your country. 

We are unable to refund postage charges on orders that are refused due to customs charges and are returned to us. If the item(s) are in sellable condition when they arrive back to us, we will refund the value of your order less any and all shipping and customs fees incurred by us. 

REST OF WORLD

UK RETURNS POLICY

If you've changed your mind about your purchase please contact our support team within 14 days to get your return started. We do request that items must be returned to us unused with the original packaging intact. 

Once your return is received back to us we will be happy to offer you an exchange, credit or refund for your order. 

Please understand that we will not be able to issue a refund for items that are returned to us used, damaged, or in unsaleable condition.

Please allow us 2-3 business days after receiving your order to process the return. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

As we are an indie small business we are not able to offer as much as we wish we could for international returns.

You are welcome to return your purchase to us, however, we will only be able to issue a refund for your item(s) less any shipping and customs costs incurred by us. You can ship your return back to us at your own cost or contact us for a pre-paid shipping label.

If you would like to proceed with a return please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Please understand that we will not be able to issue a refund for items that are returned to us used, damaged, or in unsaleable condition.

Please allow us 2-3 business days after receiving your order to inspect the item(s). Exchanges and credits will be applied immediately whereas refunds can take 7-14 days to be processed.
